Responsibilities
- Help ensure production services remain available and operate efficiently.
- Support services across production, testing, and development environments, including availability, monitoring, alerting, resilience, and on-call support.
- Contribute to designing, implementing, and managing cost-effective large-scale infrastructure systems, including cloud services, networking, and storage.
- Deploy and operate solutions and integrate them into existing production environments.
- Automate and improve operational processes and support the full lifecycle of infrastructure and services.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating services, ideally in demanding environments.
- Familiarity with SRE principles and practices, including automation, monitoring, and incident management.
- Hands-on exposure to several modern DevOps tools, including Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, and Shell.
- Exposure to DevOps build and testing processes, release management, and product lifecycle management.
- Some experience with database manipulation using SQL.
- Software development experience, preferably in Go, Java, or Python.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work autonomously as part of a team.
