Responsibilities
- Build and evolve authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, user provisioning, session management, and permissions systems.
- Develop enterprise administration experiences for company and workspace configuration, users, content, billing, and internal tooling.
- Own technical initiatives from design through implementation, rollout, and operational support.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering partners to deliver secure and intuitive experiences.
- Prototype, implement, maintain, review, and improve Admin & IAM platform features while mentoring teammates.
Requirements
- 4+ years building and shipping large-scale production software on an engineering team.
- Strong backend systems and API experience with Node.js, TypeScript or JavaScript, MongoDB, or comparable technologies.
- Hands-on experience building production user interfaces with React and modern frontend patterns.
- Experience working in large existing codebases and learning new technologies and platforms quickly.
- Experience planning and delivering technical projects iteratively while balancing speed, quality, and maintainability.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across product, design, security, and engineering teams.
- Experience in a fast-moving or growth-stage environment.
- Domain experience with IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, roles, permissions, SSO, SCIM provisioning, or session management.
- Experience building enterprise administration or B2B SaaS configuration surfaces such as organization management, billing, or admin dashboards.
- Interest in using AI-driven development practices to improve productivity, code quality, and system understanding.
