Base Salary
$175k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own an annual gross profit target, develop qualified AI services pipeline, and partner with account executives and Microsoft co-sell teams.
- Lead discovery, technical qualification, solution architecture, proof-of-concept delivery, proposal development, and executive presentations.
- Design Microsoft AI, Copilot, automation, and agentic AI solutions integrated with data, governance, and security foundations.
- Develop reusable reference architectures, demo environments, proof-of-concept templates, methodologies, and market offerings for AI agents and multi-agent orchestration.
- Advise clients on AI strategy, Copilot adoption, agent governance, safety guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
- Author technical proposal and SOW content and structure fixed-price professional services engagements with appropriate scope, phase gates, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with Fabric, Power BI, Purview, security, delivery, and Microsoft partner stakeholders on integrated solutions.
- Represent SHI at Microsoft events, industry conferences, and client workshops while contributing to internal knowledge assets and solution accelerators.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, presales engineering, or technical consulting within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI Service, Power Platform, or Copilot for Microsoft 365 extensibility.
- Demonstrated experience designing and building production or client-facing AI agents, conversational AI solutions, or intelligent automation workflows.
- Demonstrated success carrying and achieving a personal revenue or bookings target, with $3M+ annually preferred.
- Working familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Microsoft Purview for integrated solution design.
- Strong executive communication skills and experience presenting to C-level audiences and leading strategic technology conversations.
- Experience developing proposals, SOWs, and commercial structures for professional services engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience with Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, grounding techniques, responsible AI, Microsoft certifications, Microsoft MVP recognition, productized services, competitive displacement, data platform architecture, and relevant industry verticals.
