Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy applications in a cloud-hosted distributed system.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and gather feedback.
- Contribute to architectural decisions that improve system stability and performance.
- Identify and implement enhancements to improve the delivery process.
- Partner with cross-functional Agile and DevOps implementation teams.
- Support and mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency in most of Java, Spring or Spring Boot, React, Angular, JavaScript or TypeScript tooling, and SQL, with willingness to learn additional technologies.
- Have experience with build tools, Git, continuous integration, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Have experience with AI coding tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or Antigravity.
- Experience with Agentic Software Development or Spec-Driven Development is desired.
- Have experience with alerting, monitoring, and logging tools such as New Relic and Coralogix.
- Have experience using IntelliJ or VS Code and refactoring tools.
- Have experience with test-driven development and mocking libraries such as Jest and Mockito.
- Be familiar with collaborative documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Have experience with cloud environments including Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS.
- Have familiarity with Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Be aware of industry best practices and standards and demonstrate willingness to learn and grow.
