Responsibilities
- Act as the technical expert for IBM software across the TD SYNNEX partner landscape.
- Help partners design solutions, create Bills of Materials, and outline technical architectures.
- Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and enablement sessions.
- Provide technical guidance during partner and customer presales meetings.
- Translate customer pain points into IBM Software use cases and Proofs of Concept.
- Coordinate with IBM local and regional teams on updates, licensing, and programs.
- Communicate IBM promotions, product changes, and technical information.
- Respond to technical questions, manage resolver tasks, and support the Business Solution Centre.
- Continuously expand knowledge of IBM technologies and competitive platforms.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in IBM software, cloud, data, or technical presales roles.
- Familiarity with IBM Software concepts and competitive ecosystems.
- Ability to understand partner and customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Fluency in Slovenian and English.
- Proactive, structured, and organized approach with the ability to manage multiple requests.
- Experience in vendor, distributor, partner, or integrator environments is preferred.
