Base Salary

$150k - $250k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AI and software solutions for autonomous robotics in manufacturing.
Lead development of computer vision algorithms and VLA models for robotic perception and control.
Architect and build robust, scalable, high-performance software optimized for five-nines reliability.
Use ROS2 for robotic applications.
Collaborate with hardware engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Own critical software components from concept through deployment.
Serve as a technical liaison with vendors, partners, and customers.
Contribute to the company’s technical strategy and roadmap.

Proven experience developing AI-driven software for autonomous systems, with strong expertise in computer vision and VLA models.
Hands-on experience with ROS for robotics development.
Track record of building performant, reliable, and maintainable software for critical applications.
Ability to take full ownership of projects and initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Willingness to address complex technical challenges directly and work hands-on in technical details.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with vendors, partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to technical challenges.
Ability to obtain a government security clearance is a plus.
PhD in Robotics from a notable research university is a plus.
Experience with Department of Defense-related projects or organizations is a plus.
