Responsibilities
- Own the full Workday reporting layer including standard and custom reports.
- Build and maintain People analytics capabilities for strategic decision-making.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and the HR ecosystem.
- Ensure integration monitoring, incident management, and quality standards.
- Explore and prototype Workday AI Agents for HR process automation.
- Elevate the team's integration capabilities through documentation and workshops.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Workday experience with hands-on reporting and integration implementation.
- Proven integration architecture experience with Workday Studio and APIs.
- Experience with HR data flows and payroll integrations.
- Strong data modeling and governance mindset.
- Exposure to AI tooling in an HR context.
- Fluency in French and English, with multi-country HRIS experience.
