Responsibilities
- Prototype, build, and implement new approaches to artificial intelligence problems.
- Determine output quality, efficiency, and feasibility compared with other techniques using data-driven evaluation.
- Contribute to the company’s R&D team developing AI technology for the legal profession.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to approach tasks scientifically.
- Data science skills, including handling large datasets, modelling, and evaluation.
- Good understanding of software engineering concepts, particularly for machine learning development.
- Experience with machine learning Python frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-Learn.
- A master’s degree or postgraduate qualification from a top 200 global university, preferably in a technical subject.
- For senior candidates, understanding and published work in fields such as NLP, computer vision, or deep learning.
- For senior candidates, relevant industry experience with demonstrable commercial impact.
- For senior candidates, significant practical usage of modern ML areas such as NLP, Transformers, LLMs, NER, GANs, and reinforcement learning.
