Base Salary
$165k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own entire product surfaces from idea conception to feature success.
- Identify and redesign user flows that need improvement.
- Lead projects like next-generation model-assisted labeling and onboarding flow streamlining.
- Expand annotation tools to support new functionalities.
- Create filtering interfaces for user image management.
- Integrate core applications with external APIs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in shipping products that users love.
- Strong product judgment, user empathy, and attention to detail.
- Technical proficiency to handle end-to-end product development.
- Ability to advocate for project priorities and contribute to strategy decisions.
- Experience in a high-autonomy environment is preferred.
