Responsibilities
- Gather and translate client business requirements into software solutions.
- Design, implement, configure, test, and support new and existing client applications.
- Develop and maintain databases, queries, integrations, and application features.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, quality engineering, and continuous delivery activities.
- Identify design, functionality, performance, security, scalability, and maintainability considerations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design diagrams, release notes, code comments, use cases, and training materials.
- Provide support and training to internal and external users.
- Contribute to process improvements and potentially mentor other Implementation Engineers.
Requirements
- At least two years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams and using Azure DevOps for task management and source control.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design effective solutions, and test application functionality.
- Working knowledge of software development life cycle practices, testing methodologies, and quality engineering concepts.
- Ability to collaborate with product owners, software development teams, and business stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular.
- Experience with C#, .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, and relational or dimensional database design.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, Git, Team Foundation Server, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with unit, smoke, integration, automation, and continuous integration/continuous delivery testing tools.
- Microsoft SQL Server and/or Microsoft .NET certifications are preferred.
