Responsibilities

Gather and translate client business requirements into software solutions.
Design, implement, configure, test, and support new and existing client applications.
Develop and maintain databases, queries, integrations, and application features.
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, quality engineering, and continuous delivery activities.
Identify design, functionality, performance, security, scalability, and maintainability considerations.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design diagrams, release notes, code comments, use cases, and training materials.
Provide support and training to internal and external users.
Contribute to process improvements and potentially mentor other Implementation Engineers.

At least two years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field, or equivalent experience.
Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams and using Azure DevOps for task management and source control.
Ability to analyze requirements, design effective solutions, and test application functionality.
Working knowledge of software development life cycle practices, testing methodologies, and quality engineering concepts.
Ability to collaborate with product owners, software development teams, and business stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular.
Experience with C#, .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, and relational or dimensional database design.
Familiarity with Visual Studio, Git, Team Foundation Server, and Azure DevOps.
Experience with unit, smoke, integration, automation, and continuous integration/continuous delivery testing tools.
Microsoft SQL Server and/or Microsoft .NET certifications are preferred.
