Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI agents for HR in partnership with HR subject-matter experts and operators.
- Stand up MCP servers and connectors from pre-production through production.
- Bootstrap skills, integrations, and evaluations on JLL’s AI platform, including its LLM gateway, shared RAG services, and MCP toolchain.
- Run workshops with HR teams, teach them to use Claude Code, and translate workflows into agent skills.
- Operate as a one-person engineering team across design, deployment, support, and handoff.
- Hand mature systems to platform and operations teams and provide patterns, anti-patterns, and platform-gap feedback to the AI Center of Excellence.
Requirements
- Experience shipping production agents using Claude Agent SDK, MCP, or an equivalent stack.
- Production coding experience in at least one of Python, Node, or .NET, with comfort moving across the others.
- Experience working with relational, NoSQL, object/blob, vector, and document data stores.
- Ability to operate end-to-end as a one-person team across design, shipping, support, and handoff.
- Strong written and verbal communication and comfort collaborating with non-engineers.
- Pragmatic judgment about when to ship, harden, or hand off systems, with a focus on failure modes.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in Mexico.
