Responsibilities
- Engage customers to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements.
- Conduct structured requirements gathering and analysis through discussions, workshops, and process reviews.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, workflows, and solution designs.
- Design scalable solutions involving applications, integrations, data flows, and automation approaches.
- Evaluate technical feasibility, dependencies, limitations, and alternative solution approaches.
- Prepare BRDs, process flows, functional specifications, and solution architecture documentation.
- Collaborate with developers and implementation teams to ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented.
- Support solution walkthroughs, customer discussions, estimations, and implementation planning.
- Review delivered solutions against agreed requirements and business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve solutions.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
- Understanding of application architecture, databases, APIs, integrations, workflows, and automation.
- Strong logical and problem-solving ability with the ability to design solutions independently.
- Ability to connect business and technical discussions.
- Experience with enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, low-code platforms, CRM/ERP, or business automation solutions.
- Strong documentation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work with customers, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
