Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical projects from ideation and design through production and deployment.
- Design, architect, and build high-performance, reliable features, tools, and services.
- Drive technical vision, influence product strategy, and conduct regular technical reviews.
- Monitor and maintain product and platform performance in a high-volume, two-sided marketplace.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in scaling the engineering team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience.
- Core competency with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React Native, and the broader MERN stack.
- Experience working on a variety of technical projects and initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Ability to own outcomes, work through ambiguity, and operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
