Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and deploying AI agents for specific business domains under senior-engineer guidance.
- Develop and refine prompts for domain-specific AI outputs.
- Build and test integrations between AI systems and GitHub, Azure DevOps, Linear, and Confluence.
- Support implementation, code review, and validation of Model Context Protocol servers.
- Create and maintain AI skills and plugins for development teams.
- Analyze AI model outputs, document quality findings, and iterate on improvements.
- Develop testing strategies for AI-generated code and documentation.
- Apply KPI and ROI measurement practices to AI systems.
- Identify automation opportunities and help design agentic workflows with software teams.
- Build proof-of-concepts, document workflows and solutions, and support discovery and requirements gathering.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in software development or entry-level AI/ML roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong foundation in software development and eagerness to expand AI/ML knowledge.
- Solid foundation in Python or JavaScript with understanding of code quality and testing practices.
- Ability to communicate AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred experience with API integrations, REST or GraphQL services, CI/CD automation, GitHub Actions, software testing, LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic systems, workflow automation, financial services, Qdrant, or Databricks.
