Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid and safe application deployments.
- Build monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks for service availability and performance.
- Partner with development teams to improve architecture, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Drive DevOps automation and best practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct incident root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead process and tooling improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles with a strong background in cloud infrastructure.
- Expertise with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including EC2, S3, ECS, Lambda, and RDS.
- Experience with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or Spinnaker.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with networking, security best practices, and system design.
- Preferred experience with GitOps, Istio, Linkerd, Vault, or AWS Secrets Manager.
- Preferred experience with SOC2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Preferred experience in a SaaS or multi-tenant cloud environment.
