Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web-based mapping applications using the ArcGIS JavaScript API, Web AppBuilder, and Experience Builder.
- Create and manage geospatial data, feature services, and map services in ArcGIS Enterprise environments.
- Integrate JTMS data with ArcGIS platforms for visualization and analysis.
- Perform quality assurance and testing of GIS applications and data.
- Develop custom geoprocessing tools and workflows.
- Document applications and development processes.
- Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and end users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot GIS applications and services and stay current with ArcGIS platform updates.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geographic Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Requires 1–2 years of experience with ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, or ArcGIS Online.
- Basic understanding of ArcGIS Enterprise architecture and components is required.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
- Knowledge of geospatial data formats and coordinate systems is required.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are required.
- Desired qualifications include ArcGIS JavaScript API or Python for ArcGIS experience, REST API and web services knowledge, SQL and database familiarity, SAP S/4HANA experience, SAFe experience, transportation or logistics systems knowledge, and Esri Technical Certification.
