Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal tools to improve troubleshooting and streamline workflows.
- Improve debugging capabilities and product supportability features.
- Analyze escalation trends and provide insights for product improvements, feature enhancements, and issue prevention.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve root causes and improve system reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 support teams.
- Handle complex technical issues and critical escalations across enterprise software environments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Tier-4 escalation/support role or enterprise-grade software development.
- Strong programming experience in .NET, Java, or C++.
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, analytical, and root-cause-analysis skills.
- Good understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, cloud environments, Kubernetes, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with networking, storage systems, virtualization technologies, and monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage critical escalations.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, including .NET for candidates with Java or C++ backgrounds.
