Responsibilities
- Architect and develop self-service portals and automated workflows for Email, Microsoft 365, and Google ecosystems.
- Integrate AI capabilities and Model Context Protocol servers to create intelligent self-healing systems.
- Design and maintain secure, scalable full-stack applications with intuitive user experiences.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate engineering and operational processes.
- Integrate Microsoft Graph API, Google APIs, enterprise platforms, databases, and secure authentication systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions and eliminate manual bottlenecks.
- Guide technical design and drive engineering best practices as a senior individual contributor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of related experience, master’s degree and 4 years of related experience, PhD and 1 year of related experience, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cloud platforms, email technology, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender.
- Proven full-stack software engineering experience building scalable web applications and enterprise service APIs.
- Experience building AI-based self-service portals using Retrieval-Augmented Generation and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency with Python, FastAPI, Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
- Experience integrating Microsoft Graph API and Google APIs and implementing secure OAuth 2.0 and Entra ID authentication.
- Understanding of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL, REST, and JDBC API integration.
- Preferred experience with AI agent orchestration, Model Context Protocol servers, highly available distributed cloud applications, PowerShell, Bash/Shell scripting, AI coding assistants, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
