Responsibilities
- Translate existing solutions and business problems into Anaplan models.
- Develop retail supply chain and merchandising planning solutions.
- Modify existing models for optimization and new functionality.
- Serve as the architectural SME for large-scale planning solutions.
- Provide timely feedback and updates to the Business Partner and team.
- Develop model documentation.
- Participate in data integration and migration solutions.
- Lead UAT testing and deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or MIS.
- 5+ years of experience in implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of formal system implementation methodologies, preferably Agile.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong service excellence and collaborative style.
- Subject matter expertise in Supply Chain, Finance, or Sales preferred.
- Understanding of data integration processes.
- Passion for business analytics and planning.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
