Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the PRM site for partners.
- Configure Partner Lead Distribution and Deal Registration workflows.
- Manage Partner Tiering logic and automated benefit assignments.
- Optimize the partner user interface for a frictionless experience.
- Manage partner onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with the CPQ Engineer on product bundles and pricing.
- Build and maintain Partner Commission/Incentive tracking systems.
- Manage visibility rules to ensure data privacy for partners.
- Integrate the Partner Ecosystem with external tools.
- Develop custom LWC and Flows for automation.
- Ensure data flows correctly into the core CRM and finance systems.
- Own security requirements for external users.
- Monitor partner data integrity and lead conversion rates.
- Maintain documentation for partner-facing system processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or dedicated PRM software.
- Strong understanding of External Sharing Models and Salesforce security architecture.
- Experience with Lead Distribution and Deal Registration logic.
- Ability to translate Partner Program requirements into scalable technical architecture.
- Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification is a must.
- Salesforce Administrator & Platform Developer I certifications are required.
- Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Architect certification is highly preferred.
