Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions spanning generative AI, classical machine learning, computer vision, and agentic systems.
- Translate customer problems into technical architectures and clear requirements with senior engineers and product managers.
- Develop and deploy scalable production AI backends using Python, FastAPI, and Docker.
- Build continuous model evaluation frameworks, including LLM-as-a-Judge agents, from development through production.
- Maintain MLOps workflows for data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and performance monitoring.
- Research advances in generative AI, machine learning, computer vision, and deep learning for practical client applications.
- Collaborate with software engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to align implementations with customer goals.
- Write technical documentation, architectural notes, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in mentorship, code reviews, and pair programming with senior team members.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, LangChain, or LangGraph.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG architecture, model training, evaluation pipelines, and cloud deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services such as Azure.
- Experience with Docker and API development frameworks such as FastAPI.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, collaboration, and independent-working abilities.
- Excellent English communication skills; Dutch is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI systems, GitHub or open-source contributions, and Kaggle participation are advantageous.
- Experience with computer vision techniques, MLOps tooling, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, agentic frameworks, multi-agent systems, relevant publications, or focus domains such as Data Quality, Retail, Manufacturing, or Finance is advantageous.
