Base Salary
$269k - $395k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of AI-first ranking systems for ads and promotions.
- Evaluate machine learning models through offline analysis and online experimentation.
- Manage the full model lifecycle from research to production, including data analysis and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and designers to enhance user-facing systems.
- Stay updated on ML and AI innovations and implement scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and deploying ML and AI models for large-scale products.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in areas such as deep learning, large language models, and natural language processing.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++, with experience in ML frameworks.
- Extensive experience across the full ML lifecycle, including model development and evaluation.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
- Product-minded and impact-driven with a passion for real-world applications of ML.
