Responsibilities
- Own and lead end-to-end enterprise integration solution design and delivery.
- Define integration architectures, API strategies, reusable frameworks, and enterprise governance standards.
- Create, review, and govern high-level and low-level technical designs.
- Build Azure integration workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Integration Services.
- Design, publish, secure, monitor, and govern APIs with Azure API Management.
- Implement event-driven and asynchronous architectures using Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Event Hubs.
- Design hybrid integrations between on-premises systems and cloud platforms.
- Use GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and generative AI for development, documentation, debugging, testing, and workflow optimization.
- Integrate Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services into integration solutions.
- Implement observability using Cribl and ensure secure, compliant data handling.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct design and code reviews, mentor team members, and manage technical risks and escalations.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to align solutions with business and enterprise strategy.
Requirements
- 9–12+ years of software engineering experience focused on cloud and iPaaS integrations.
- Deep hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Extensive experience creating HLDs and LLDs, designing architectures, and documenting solutions.
- Strong API architecture, governance, and lifecycle-management experience.
- Expertise in event-driven, microservices, and hybrid integration architectures.
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise integration delivery.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted development workflows, with hands-on GitHub Copilot or Microsoft 365 Copilot experience considered beneficial.
- Exposure to Azure OpenAI or other AI-services integration.
- Preferred experience with MuleSoft architecture or coexistence strategies, advanced AI/ML integration use cases, intelligent automation, EDI, large-scale data pipelines, and AI governance.
- Preferred certifications include Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204), DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400), and Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102).
