Base Salary

$62k - $141k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Manage AWS cloud infrastructure, including Windows or Linux EC2 instances.
  • Provision and manage cloud resources using infrastructure as code and configuration as code.
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Automate and script infrastructure and operational tasks using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Deploy and operate applications using Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, or other container technologies.
  • Work with cloud networking, security best practices, monitoring, and logging in AWS environments.
  • Develop, deploy, and manage IT infrastructures, servers, and network components for client missions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience managing AWS cloud infrastructure, including Windows or Linux EC2 instances.
  • At least 2 years of experience with infrastructure as code for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
  • At least 2 years of experience with configuration as code.
  • At least 2 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • At least 2 years of experience with scripting or automation using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes for application deployment and operations.
  • Ability to work with AWS cloud networking, security best practices, and monitoring or logging.
  • Secret clearance is required, with eligibility for access to classified information.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Preferred experience includes Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Discourse, Overleaf, GitLab, GitLab Runners, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Ansys products, Teamwork Cloud, MATLAB, Fortify, McAfee ePO, Splunk, or Nessus.
  • Preferred experience includes ECS, GitLab CI, F5 BIG-IP, ATO processes, API Gateway, serverless architecture, scalability and reliability, container security, runtime protection, compliance automation, and continuous monitoring.
  • Preferred qualifications include a technical master’s degree, IAT Level II or III certification such as Security+ or CISSP, or AWS certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
