Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components using ASP.NET MVC.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to deliver solutions.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and other teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to improve productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Experience with object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database design and development using SQL Server or similar relational databases.
- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
- Knowledge of agile software development practices and tools.
- 15 years of full-time education.
