Base Salary
$140k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and related modules.
- Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer automations, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, catalog items, forms, tables, views, and configurations.
- Support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems and applications.
- Manage ServiceNow users, roles, groups, ACLs, permissions, account provisioning, and role-based access controls.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, incidents, defects, performance concerns, integrations, scheduled jobs, and recurring operational problems.
- Provide Tier II/III production support and monitor platform health and system performance.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing plans.
- Support upgrades, patches, change management, deployment activities, governance reviews, CAB meetings, and operational planning.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, workflows, implementation guides, and platform improvement initiatives.
- Support after-hours maintenance windows or emergency changes as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation and administration experience.
- Strong experience developing ServiceNow workflows and automations and configuring forms, tables, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow roles, groups, ACLs, permissions, and role-based access controls.
- Experience troubleshooting ServiceNow issues and integrations, performing testing and validation, and supporting production environments.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes and best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, and ITIL Foundation certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, CMDB, Discovery, and Incident, Change, and Problem Management is preferred.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and REST/SOAP integrations is preferred.
- Federal Government or enterprise operational support experience is preferred.
