Base Salary
$215k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical execution for ROOM42 deliverables.
- Write and review production-quality code across the full stack.
- Architect solutions balancing speed-to-market with maintainability and compliance.
- Lead technical solutioning on new engagements.
- Manage Git workflows and code review standards.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines for primary hosting environments.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across the DevOps lifecycle.
- Operate Figma MCP server integration for design handoff.
- Implement AI-assisted QA automation across project types.
- Define and maintain technical standards across deliverable types.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
- Partner with Producers on SOW scoping and technical estimates.
- Own the technical delivery lifecycle for key engagements.
- Define quality outcomes for deliverables and own accountability for quality.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical lead role.
- Demonstrable full-stack proficiency.
- A genuine design eye with UX/UI depth.
- Technical delivery experience across concurrent projects.
- Demonstrated accountability for quality outcomes.
- Active practitioner of AI code generation tools.
- Hands-on experience with Figma MCP server or comparable design-to-code AI tooling.
- QA automation experience in a production environment.
