Base Salary
$104k - $188k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and support web and desktop software for a high-visibility enterprise classification application.
- Provide troubleshooting and operations support for secure, containerized, automated systems.
- Deliver secure cloud-based applications, services, and consulting offerings.
- Create environments, services, and other offerings in coordination with outside groups.
- Contribute to architecture and security design and identify availability issues or implementation defects.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Requirements
- Require 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Require strong proficiency with Go or another modern programming language.
- Require strong knowledge of Git, including branching, merging, pull requests, workflows, and branching strategies.
- Require experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Require understanding of distributed-systems patterns and challenges.
- Require experience with containerization and Docker.
- Require strong unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices.
- Require mentoring and code-review experience, along with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Require an active TS/SCI security clearance; TS/SCI with polygraph is preferred.
- Preferred qualifications include Angular, Kubernetes, Helm, WebAssembly, wasmCloud, Traefik, observability tools, event-driven architecture, message queues, AWS/C2S, and microservices security experience.
