Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build custom Airtable bases, interfaces, automations, and integrations for pre-sales.
- Develop and maintain a scalable demo asset library for Solutions Consultants.
- Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and Account Executives to create story-driven demos.
- Build proof-of-concept Airtable environments that reflect real customer workflows.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and enablement materials.
- Integrate new Airtable features into demo assets in collaboration with Product and Marketing teams.
- Customize demos rapidly for live customer evaluations.
- Assist with RFP/RFI responses and technical discovery.
- Continuously improve the demo library based on field feedback.
- Drive efficiencies in asset creation and utilization for the SC organization.
Requirements
- 0–4 years of experience in a technical role such as solutions engineering or software development.
- Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms; Airtable experience is a strong differentiator.
- Ability to build structured, relational data models and functional workflows.
- Exposure to APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns is highly valued.
- Strong intuition for relational database design and data architecture best practices.
- Ability to create sophisticated Airtable bases with multi-table schemas and automation logic.
- Familiarity with scripting, preferably JavaScript, to extend Airtable functionality.
- Working knowledge of data visualization and presenting information for stakeholders.
- Understanding of enterprise software concepts including user permissions and data governance.
- Fluent with AI models and excited to utilize agents and MCPs.
- Builder mentality with a passion for creating innovative solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in crafting intuitive solutions.
- Curious and proactive learner of new Airtable features and technologies.
