Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, debug, and maintain secure, high-quality software solutions.
- Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure design constraints are reflected in the code.
- Develop and maintain algorithms that operate synchronously with relevant systems.
- Analyze, synthesize, visualize, and report on large and diverse data sets to improve applications and systems.
- Identify hidden problems and data patterns to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI coding and automation tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation while validating their outputs.
- Apply software development lifecycle tools and practices across complex deliverables.
- Guide peers on safe and effective use of AI-assisted development tools.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
- Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using Java, Python, or another modern programming language and database query languages.
- Experience with React.
- Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and critically evaluating, validating, and refining generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, resiliency, and security expectations.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle.
- Understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
- Preferred exposure to AWS cloud technologies.
