Responsibilities

  • Develop digital, data, AI, customer engagement, and enterprise architecture strategies with executive and senior partners.
  • Translate business priorities into multi-year architecture roadmaps, value hypotheses, success measures, and investment benchmarks.
  • Design scalable, secure, resilient, cloud-native, API-first, event-driven, and microservices-based enterprise architectures.
  • Define data and AI architecture patterns covering customer data platforms, identity management, real-time decisioning, personalization, governance, observability, reliability, and business continuity.
  • Align business strategy, enterprise architecture, and delivery execution across marketing, technology, product, analytics, and data teams.
  • Lead strategy workshops, architecture reviews, roadmap discussions, governance activities, and transformation initiatives.
  • Communicate architecture recommendations and trade-offs to executive audiences and influence decisions across organizations.
  • Build reusable frameworks, reference architectures, accelerators, and guidelines for Adobe’s consulting capabilities.
  • Mentor architects and consultants and contribute to the evolution and strategic direction of Adobe’s Enterprise Architecture practice.
  • Support strategic sales opportunities through solution building, executive presentations, and proposal development.

Requirements

  • Proven success developing and leading enterprise architecture strategies for complex organizations.
  • Deep expertise with enterprise architecture frameworks and integration patterns, including TOGAF and API-first architectures connecting different services.
  • Experience crafting and delivering cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or comparable cloud platforms.
  • Experience crafting AI-enabled customer experiences using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Understanding of AI governance, agentic architectures, observability, reliability, and responsible AI practices in enterprise environments.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technology strategies and architecture roadmaps.
  • Strong executive communication, written, verbal, presentation, and collaborator management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with software engineers, data architects, application developers, data scientists, and business leaders on end-to-end solutions.
  • Ability to lead through influence and align diverse teams and functions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Preferred: experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform tools.
  • Preferred: experience with digital marketing, customer experience, customer data, personalization platforms, customer journey orchestration, decisioning, real-time activation, and enterprise-scale digital transformation.
