Responsibilities

  • Develop automated test suites and frameworks to validate the performance, efficiency, and reliability of Rivian’s charging systems.
  • Design and implement test automation frameworks and scripts and integrate them with the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to incorporate automated testing into the development process.
  • Develop and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop testing frameworks for real-world and stress-condition simulations.
  • Enhance and optimize HIL platforms through upgrades and modifications that improve performance, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Actively pursue a bachelor’s or master’s degree at an accredited university, with expected graduation between December 2027 and 2029.
  • Major in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Have excellent Python programming skills focused on test automation.
  • Have hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as pytest.
  • Be able to analyze software requirements and design test cases validating functionality and performance.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts is a plus, along with strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
