Responsibilities
- Deliver Android features for AI agents from scoping through release while balancing speed, reliability, and technical debt.
- Design clean, SOLID, testable, and performant Android code suitable for a regulated banking environment.
- Use AI coding tools to review, refine, and ship features efficiently.
- Bring AI agent features from the web experience to Android in collaboration with Product, iOS, Backend, and Frontend teams.
- Own the Android experience end to end and help create foundations that enable other teams to build AI agents.
Requirements
- Strong production Android experience with Kotlin.
- Experience shipping quickly in a product-driven, user-centric environment.
- Daily use of AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
- Experience building or testing something with AI.
- Clear technical communication and a solution-oriented approach.
- Fintech or regulated-industry experience is a plus.
- Swift knowledge is nice to have but not required.
