Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and lifecycle ownership of specialized applications.
- Act as the SME and primary point of contact for application-related activities.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, making decisions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new features and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to content management systems.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional technical efforts.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with OpenText ECM Tools.
- Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools and application design and configuration in enterprise content management environments.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues related to content management systems.
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines and deliver software solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and custom software engineering best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
