Base Salary

$160k - $298k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Embed with domain teams to understand workflows, define success criteria, and deliver capabilities from prototype through production.
  • Build end-to-end data pipelines, transformations, ontology models, and application workflows on Palantir Foundry.
  • Configure and optimize Foundry applications with appropriate permissions, auditability, performance, and release management.
  • Ingest, transform, model, and validate diverse datasets for analytics and applications.
  • Build user-facing applications and integrate upstream and downstream systems.
  • Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of production applications.
  • Partner with product managers, data scientists, data engineers, governance, and platform teams to align delivery.
  • Create reusable templates, components, documentation, playbooks, and delivery standards, and mentor teammates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Bioengineering, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience in biomedical research, bioengineering, bioinformatics, or a related domain.
  • Hands-on Palantir Foundry experience building and operationalizing pipelines, ontology, applications, and access controls.
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders, defining solutions, and delivering proof-of-concepts.
  • Experience delivering software, data, or analytics products in fast-paced, user-facing environments.
  • Strong programming skills across data and application layers.
  • Ability to work directly with end users, clarify ambiguous requirements, and deliver iteratively.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, reliability, and operational discipline.
  • Preferred experience includes regulated or sensitive-data environments, access control and audit requirements, product discovery, and production analytics, AI, or machine learning enablement.
