Responsibilities
- Design, develop, modify, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve custom and COTS applications for the AMI technology portfolio.
- Build backend applications with Microsoft technologies and frontend applications using Angular-based technologies.
- Create technical design documents and specifications and translate requirements into performant, maintainable code.
- Integrate APIs and participate in system testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Develop Azure DevOps version-control and CI/CD pipeline automation solutions.
- Apply AI technologies, machine learning, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation to application development and solution design.
- Provide on-call support, identify and mitigate root causes, prioritize work, and deliver project commitments.
- Collaborate with business partners and technical personnel and mentor less experienced staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of software development life cycle and development principles.
- Extensive hands-on experience building and maintaining enterprise applications with .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, Web API Core, EF Core/LINQ, ETL/SSIS, T-SQL, and SQL Server.
- Extensive frontend development experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SASS, Bootstrap, Material Design, Node.js, Angular CLI, Kendo UI, and RxJS.
- Extensive Azure experience, including Azure DevOps version control, branching, merging, publishing, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Experience applying AI technologies, machine learning, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation in application development.
- Strong familiarity with RESTful APIs and experience developing unit tests.
- Practical experience with Scrum and Kanban and familiarity with ITIL principles and processes.
- Experience with software development projects, enhancement projects, production support, technical documentation, and system development practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot routine problems, manage competing priorities, communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences, and provide on-call support.
