Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Spearhead the definition and design of Pinterest's data warehouse architecture.
- Set the strategic direction for data analytics tools and AI-assisted capabilities.
- Define and drive the adoption of data governance policies and tooling.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across the data ecosystem.
- Drive measurable adoption and business impact through platform initiatives.
- Mentor engineers and provide leadership on technical design and execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and drive progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of relevant industry experience with large scale data warehouses.
- 5+ years experience building data warehouses and tools with technologies like Spark and Airflow.
- Ability to work with cross-functional partners across multiple organizations.
- Hands-on experience building tools and data pipelines leveraging AI coding tools.
- Experience building AI tools to accelerate data analytics and engineering productivity.
