Base Salary
$180k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver a partner integration or set of connectors, including reliability, issue resolution, and new capabilities.
- Design and build API integrations connecting Supio with third-party case and practice management systems.
- Develop reusable solutions that reduce error rates and improve data quality across customers.
- Participate in customer and partner conversations, present technical work, and translate feedback into fixes and features.
- Use AI coding agents and tools to design, build, and ship software, including exposing integrations through MCP.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to prioritize work and improve team practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including building and maintaining production API integrations across multiple systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding agents and tools to build and ship software.
- Experience designing, building, and debugging integrations involving REST APIs, authentication, and data synchronization.
- Ability to communicate directly with customers and partners, present demos, and explain technical topics confidently.
- Track record of ownership, urgency in resolving customer issues, and solving ambiguous problems with scalable solutions.
- Preferred experience with Golang, Node.js, Postgres, legal case or practice management systems such as Clio, MyCase, Smokeball, or Litify, document management and file sync, technical partner relationships, or startup/high-growth companies.

- Annual base salary ranges from $180,000 to $270,000 depending on level and location, with San Francisco and Seattle ranges specified in the posting.
