Responsibilities

Build and own production-grade infrastructure for real-time ML, feature serving, and critical decisioning systems.
Design and operate high-volume, low-latency data streaming and serving platforms for mission-critical systems.
Define reusable engineering patterns for reliably building, shipping, operating, and scaling platform capabilities.
Collaborate with ML, data, backend, and product teams to translate complex requirements into reliable systems.
Mentor peers, share knowledge, and help improve engineering ownership across the team.

Strong background in software, systems, or infrastructure engineering with hands-on experience building and operating production services on Kubernetes.
Understanding of distributed systems, networking, latency, reliability, backpressure, and operational trade-offs.
Ability to balance performance, scalability, cost, and reliability in large-scale production systems.
Ability to work across infrastructure, data, backend, and ML systems and turn ambiguous requirements into simple platform capabilities.
Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, self-starting behavior, and commitment to knowledge sharing and team growth.
Preferred: experience with ClickHouse, Kafka, Flink, or similar stream-processing and high-performance SQL technologies.
