Base Salary
$155k - $256k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship user-facing features across account, home page, and e-commerce surfaces.
- Own features end to end from development through release, using AI coding tools and AI-facilitated QA processes.
- Measure and improve page load times, checkout conversion, crash rates, and render latency.
- Collaborate with a small, fast-moving engineering team on a zero-to-one product rebuild.
- Use data and A/B experiment results to guide product and engineering decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building consumer-facing products across frontend and backend.
- Hands-on experience with at least one mobile or frontend framework, such as React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or an equivalent.
- Experience with at least one backend language.
- Strong attention to performance, including load times, render latency, crash rates, and checkout conversion.
- Strong product judgment, design awareness, and user experience focus.
- Preferred experience includes e-commerce or marketplace products, modern AI coding tools, AI-facilitated development processes, and consumer-scale companies.
