Responsibilities
- Develop, code, maintain, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Maintain and configure Kronos modules, including accruals, timekeeping, accruals, and basic scheduling.
- Configure UKG Pro WFM business structures, labor categories, tiles, display profiles, data views, CRT tables, and integrations.
- Support functional, integration, UAT, automated, and manual testing for the UKG platform.
- Assist customers with testing, solution understanding, and system handover.
- Build or support custom reports and integrations using BIRT, SQL, and Dell Boomi.
- Mentor junior team members and manage assigned tasks with minimal direction.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required, with 5–7 years of experience in the Pro WFM domain preferred or required by the posting.
- Strong UKG Pro WFM and Kronos functional expertise in timekeeping, accruals, and basic scheduling.
- Experience with Dell Boomi is required for consideration; WIM experience alone is insufficient.
- Knowledge of Business Structure Setup, Labor Category Setup, Tiles Setup, and Display Profiles Setup in Pro WFM.
- Practical experience with Dell Boomi and familiarity with Pro WFM data views, CRT tables, and integrations.
- Experience supporting functional, integration, UAT, automated, or manual testing.
- SQL reporting and BIRT custom report-building experience are advantageous.
- Boomi certification is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, teamwork, and independent-working skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
