Base Salary
$160k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks using TypeScript
- Write and maintain automated UI, API, end-to-end, and integration tests
- Collaborate with developers to write testable code and integrate tests early in development
- Participate in code and design reviews and improve overall testability and quality
- Improve test coverage, automation reliability, and performance
- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or similar tools
- Investigate test failures, triage bugs, and identify defect root causes
- Contribute to testing strategies, QA best practices, and documentation
Requirements
- Experience as an SDET or QA Automation Engineer
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and the JavaScript ecosystem
- Experience with test automation tools
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
