Base Salary
$160k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks using TypeScript.
- Write and maintain automated UI, API, E2E, and integration tests.
- Collaborate with developers to write testable code and integrate tests early in the development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to overall testability and quality improvements.
- Continuously improve test coverage, reliability, and performance of automation.
- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI/CD or CircleCI.
- Investigate test failures, triage bugs, and identify root causes of defects.
- Contribute to the creation of testing strategies, QA best practices, and documentation.
Requirements
- Experience as an SDET or QA Automation Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and the overall JavaScript ecosystem.
- Experience with test automation tools.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
