Base Salary
$200k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products from ideation to optimization.
- Own the engineering quality of the AI system, including evaluation frameworks and testing.
- Set and enforce engineering standards through code reviews and best practices.
- Develop conversational AI agents and personalized recommendations.
- Build and improve ML models to drive behavior change in metabolic health.
- Analyze member behavior to influence product roadmap.
- Collaborate with clinical and engineering teams to design AI-powered experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing AI and Machine Learning systems in production.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals including testing and CI/CD.
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and advanced Prompt Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
