Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
- Design, implement, and integrate AI features into existing 8am products.
- Partner with the Data team to ensure the right data is collected and prepared for AI use.
- Build and evaluate AI-powered services from prototypes to general availability.
- Write high-quality Python code for data manipulation and model interaction.
- Develop tools and infrastructure for reliable and scalable AI deployment.
- Work with cloud operations to deploy AI features and monitor their impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in full stack SaaS or backend development.
- Proven track record of building and deploying production-ready AI/ML services.
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and related tooling.
- Strong Python or equivalent modern tech stack development skills.
- Experience building scalable data infrastructure and integrating models into SaaS systems.
- Experience working in AWS cloud environments and with modern DevOps practices.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and drive innovation.
- Preferred location: Brno, Czech Republic.
