Base Salary
$200k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Solve challenging machine learning problems involving user understanding and task prediction.
- Invent LLM workflows and signals that improve reasoning, planning, and personalization.
- Design and optimize reinforcement learning and fine-tuning approaches for agentic systems.
- Lead scalable evaluation, benchmarking, and optimization loops.
- Build and maintain ML pipelines for enterprise and knowledge graph construction.
- Measure, monitor, and improve data quality, model quality, and end-to-end system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready ML solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute in a high-velocity engineering environment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of industry experience in machine learning engineering.
- BA/BS in computer science, mathematics, sciences, or a related field.
- Proven ability to design, build, and ship production-ready models and systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in ML evaluation, benchmarking, and data quality.
- Proficiency in an ML framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to work through ambiguous customer and machine learning problems and turn them into production-ready priorities.
- Ability to balance delivery speed, quality, and production readiness.
