Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical design and delivery of complex client integrations from discovery and requirements gathering through testing and production deployment.
- Partner with client technology and business teams to understand workflows, identify requirements, and recommend scalable integration approaches.
- Design, configure, test, and troubleshoot solutions involving APIs, messaging, data transformation, file-based integrations, and real-time connectivity.
- Lead technical client conversations and explain solution designs, implementation considerations, risks, and dependencies.
- Diagnose issues across interconnected systems and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Client Service teams to resolve them.
- Manage multiple client engagements and priorities while maintaining ownership of delivery and client outcomes.
- Improve implementation approaches, tooling, and processes to create scalable solutions and stronger client experiences.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, systems integration, implementation engineering, software engineering, or a related technical role.
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, or supporting integrations between complex enterprise systems.
- Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, FIX, messaging platforms, SFTP, and XML or similar technologies.
- Understanding of capital-markets or financial-services workflows and the ability to learn complex business processes.
- Strong client-facing communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to independently own technical projects, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred experience with order management, portfolio management, trading, risk, or other financial technology platforms.
- Preferred knowledge of buy-side or sell-side trading workflows and the trade lifecycle.
- Preferred experience with SWIFT, FpML, XSLT, MQ, ETL, data transformation, or data-processing workflows.
- Preferred programming or scripting experience with Python or another modern programming language.
- Preferred familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, modern software development and source-control practices, and Postman.
- Portuguese and/or Spanish language proficiency is preferred.

- Annual base salary range of $150,000–$200,000 USD, plus benefits and bonus.
