Responsibilities
- Support and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure.
- Assist in building and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Help monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
- Contribute to observability efforts including logging, metrics, and alerting.
- Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.
- Assist with networking and security configurations.
- Participate in a mentored on-call rotation.
- Document systems, processes, and operational best practices.
- Continuously learn and apply DevOps and cloud best practices.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and networking fundamentals.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming or scripting language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Foundational understanding of containers (Docker) and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a growth mindset.
