Responsibilities
- Support and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure
- Assist with building and improving deployment automation
- Help monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
- Contribute to logging, metrics, and alerting efforts
- Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation
- Assist with networking and security configurations including load balancers, access controls, and VPNs
- Participate in a mentored on-call rotation
- Document systems, processes, and operational best practices
- Continuously learn and apply DevOps and cloud best practices
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and networking fundamentals
- Proficiency in at least one of Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Foundational understanding of Docker and cloud-native architectures
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a growth mindset
- Certifications in Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or networking are preferred
- Experience with Prometheus, Loki, or CloudWatch is preferred
- Exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft 365, MDM solutions, or Fortinet is preferred
- Experience through internships, labs, or personal projects in DevOps or cloud environments is preferred
