Responsibilities
- Build real product features and platform components across the frontend, backend, infrastructure, or on-chain systems based on skills and interests.
- Own scoped projects end to end, including problem definition, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver fast, reliable, and secure experiences.
- Instrument and improve performance, reliability, and observability, and write clear tests and documentation.
Requirements
- Hands-on software development experience through courses, personal projects, research, or internships in one or more languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Rust, Java, C, or C++.
- Clear, tested coding ability and solid computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and systems thinking.
- Familiarity with Git and basic debugging.
- Ability to make informed trade-offs with business context, demonstrate high agency, and work effectively on a team.
- Curiosity about DeFi and crypto; prior domain experience is not required.
- Preferred experience with full-stack web development using React or JavaScript, backend APIs and services, infrastructure or DevOps, Docker, cloud systems, or on-chain and low-level systems.
- Preferred familiarity with blockchain technology, especially Solana, and interest or experience in fintech or trading.
- Rust or TypeScript proficiency is preferred.
