Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and implement scalable software solutions and architectures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and deliver effective software solutions.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for project alignment and timely delivery.
- Integrate trade compliance and customs management capabilities within software systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services.
- Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integrating trade compliance and customs management within software systems.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on business-focused software solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
