Responsibilities
- Analyze information from multiple sources, identify patterns or risks, and propose practical next steps.
- Assist with building, troubleshooting, and validating tools and systems, including integrations, workflows, scripts, dashboards, and configurations.
- Collaborate with teammates across functions and regions to coordinate handoffs and meet shared deadlines.
- Communicate progress, raise blockers, incorporate feedback, and adjust work to stakeholder needs and timelines.
- Follow established processes, quality standards, security requirements, confidentiality rules, and workplace norms.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university or educational institution, or recently completed a qualification.
- Basic analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to follow structured processes, tools, and guidelines while delivering accurate and timely work.
- Basic proficiency with common digital tools and technologies, such as spreadsheets, collaboration platforms, or relevant technical tools.
- Willingness to learn new systems, seek feedback, and continuously build professional skills.
