Responsibilities

  • Analyze information from multiple sources, identify patterns or risks, and propose practical next steps.
  • Assist with building, troubleshooting, and validating tools and systems, including integrations, workflows, scripts, dashboards, and configurations.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functions and regions to coordinate handoffs and meet shared deadlines.
  • Communicate progress, raise blockers, incorporate feedback, and adjust work to stakeholder needs and timelines.
  • Follow established processes, quality standards, security requirements, confidentiality rules, and workplace norms.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university or educational institution, or recently completed a qualification.
  • Basic analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to follow structured processes, tools, and guidelines while delivering accurate and timely work.
  • Basic proficiency with common digital tools and technologies, such as spreadsheets, collaboration platforms, or relevant technical tools.
  • Willingness to learn new systems, seek feedback, and continuously build professional skills.
